ADT STILL CHARGING ME AFTER CANCELLATION

I REQUESTED A CANCELLATION ON THE 30TH OF JULY 2013 AS MY CONTRACT ENDS ON THE 31ST OF AUGUST 2013. I WAS CONTACTED BY ADT AND ASKED WHY IM CANCELING AND INFORMED THEM OF THE POOR SERVICE I HAD IN THE PAST. I WAS INFORMED BY THE LADY THAT MY LAST PAYMENT WAS DEBITED ON THE 1ST OF AUGUST AND GUESS WHAT? THEY DEBITED ME ON THE 2ND OF SEPTEMBER FOR R313.64 AND THIS ALARM IS STILL WORKING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I AM REMOVING YOUR ALARM SYSTEM OUT TODAY BECAUSE A NEW COMPANY WILL BE INSTALLING THEIR SYSTEM.
