Incorrect account & inability to contact Accounts

ADT has been contacting me since about May about an amount (R548.25) they say I owe, but which I have no knowledge of. I have paid upfront for Feb services and the radio licence (R548.25) and installation (100% upfront - R1061.40) in Feb when I signed up. I have sent them proof of payment for all services, but one can seldom if ever get through to their Accounts dept. They have been phoning me on a monthly basis, but I seldom managed to get back to the same person or in fact any person! I then got a letter to say they will discontinue my service if this amount is not paid withing 7 days. I managed to speak to Vusi Mokoena in Accounts about 2 weeks ago and sent him an email, but to date I have had no further feedback, his phone is off the hook all the time and if one goes through switchboard, you invariably get cut off and have to start again! It is really BAD service and one cannot get hold of a manager, even when you are lucky enough not to be cut off. The Accounts dept can certainly take a leaf out of the book of ADT's response teams who offer OUTSTANDING service - if your alarm goes off they phone immediately and their response staff arrive within minutes - THAT's service!
