3-4 weeks to repair alarm

I phoned to get my alarm fixed about 3-4 weeks ago. They scheduled a call where no technition pitched. I phoned them and after waiting /- 20 min they said the technition will not come that day, after a huge fight they send someone out which did not have any parts to replace. Pathetic. They never phoned me back with a follow up with someone to repair. I phoned again and after a fight got a called scheduled. Once again no one pitched and I phoned again where they once again told me someone will not be able to come. I was told they will come tomorrow, lets see if that happens. Everytime I have to make special arrangements at work and then no one pitches. Terrible service from ADT. I will cancel my contract with them if they eventually come and repair my alarm. I have work with many service providers in my life and believe me I have never experience bad service like this anywhere. They don't even try to make a plan when they up.
