No Response from response team

To Whom this may concern, on Sat the 12th Oct at 08:40 the panic button was intentionally pressed to test the reaction time and not only did we wait till 09:00 to receive some sort of response but no response at all was received the whole day!! I keep asking myself what i am paying a monthly fee for if there is no service? Did you know that the average house invasion is inside of 5 minutes?? It's very reassuring to know that my family is not in safe hands. After the last incident i was promised you guys would up your game. I give up.
