I had a contract with tracker last year a brother hid the car (volvo) from us, then we phoned tracker to locate the car the car iss in my name but the tracker is running on my sister acc nr, they refused to give her the details then i called they gave me the same story, on the 30/07/2013 she went to them to see if they can't locate the article they said we must go an open a case, the brother didn't the article only that he's hiding it, what's the point of paying for a service that can't be rendered to me yet they bill my sister monthly. when she asked them the reason they says that the article is standing still so they can't locate it but can do so with a case nr.
