No response to cancellation request

I sent in a cancellation request on the 29/07/13 because I am moving. New Owners take ownership 15 August 2013.

I will pay the balance of the contract. I just need them to come collect the equipment, because I don't know if new owners gonna allow them access. New Owners don't want to take ownership of the contract.

I don't understand how all queries go to the same place. It's just ridiculous. No one at ADT can tell me when they can make this happen. All calls go to the same call centre.

All I want is a response to when they can collect the equipment and what the balance of the contract is, so we there wont be any hassles about removing the equipment.
