I had an account with Fidelity security. I cancelled my account on the 17th of Feb due to non delivery on maintaining the system. I received an invoice on the 4th of March at which point in time I queried this and I was told via email that this would be the final payment. Subsequent to this I received a mail from Joyce saying there might be a settlement fee for the equipment. I queried this, asked for the amount and break down of my payments to show the calculation of the owing amount. I have not had a response on this mail. The reason for the query was due to the fact that the house we purchased had existing equipment in it, which the previous owners settled when we bought the house, they cancelled their account and we connected a new account. Upon activation of the account no new equipment was installed, expect for a receiver unit, which I am happy for Fidelity to come remove.

I have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of someone in their credit department, but no response, yet I get billed every month. I am willing to settle the account, but I am not prepared to pay for services and settlement amounts which might not be relevant. Please contact me!
