I spent a large sum of money 5 years ago burglar proofing my home with Maxidor. I discovered rust in my bathroom and kitchen burglar bar where the is bolted to the window sill. I phoned Maxidor on 18th June and asked the receptionist to speak to someone in their servicing department. She asked for my details which I left with her because they were unavailable, no one called and on 1st July I called again, same scenario! On the 18th July, I received a call from one of the serving guys I told him what the problem was and asked why he had taken so long to respond to my messages, he said they were busy and was very unprofessional. He said they were fully booked for the week which was a Thursday afternoon (obviously) and that his servicing manager would give me a call the next week to book an appointment to come out and access the problem. Up until today, no one has called. I am disgusted that a 'reputable' company of this nature has no customer care whatsoever and employ people who can't even conduct a conversation or liaise with a client regarding maintenance work. The 18th August is a few days away, who knows, maybe i strike it lucky and get a date for a call out!
