Installed Tracker no working - installed twice

I am very disappointed with C-track! I installed two units two weeks ago into my two cars. i thought i had an emergency last week or so on one of the cars. i call to find out where the car is only to be told that the car is not on the system. had it been a real emergency (the real reason we need trackers) i would simply not be able to trace the car. i have just called them again after having installed a new unit on my car to check if it is working. Only to find out its not. it puzzles me that a security company of their nature would not have the systems in place to ensure that the checks and balances are good. i am now starting to question how many people like me have a faulty tracker and dont know it, the day they really need it they in for a big surprise. Not impressed. Very serious errors! Lets just say this relationship is over.
