NEVER depend on bataleur 4 family security

My alarm ws activated on Wed 31/7/13 bet 6-7am.bataleur respondd telephonicaly. I ws alone at home wit my Baby & Husky, I requested 4 some1 2 b sent 2 my home. The operator soundd tired & annoyd & did not even ask me 4 my password! I saw the patrol car drive 2 my gate, the bataleur man got outa his car, scribbled something on a note, stuck it in my gate & js smply drove off. I ws xtremly disgustd & annoyd at ths service. I imediatly calld bataleur. N adition, the bataleur man wrote "honde"as the reason 4 the alarm activation.1st-my Husky ws ndoors! 2nd-a parameter check ws not done on my house! 3rd-ths bataleur man ASSUMED the activation ws by my Husky! outrageous! I requestd tht some1 shud b sent 2 my house 2 check the beam activatd cos the bataleur man tht checkd it a few days ago obviously did not adjust it properly. Now, the charge ws R200!!! I ws not eva chargd 4 a callout & now all of a sudden withn a matter of a few days bataleurs policies hv changd? Aftr various phone calls & dissatisfaction a letter ws emaild 2 me indicatn tht I hv 1 month 2 find a security company. you can stuff your horrid service.
