Well where do I start, I signed a contract with ADT to reinstall my system, money was deducted off my bank account unlawfully, I tried aprox 10 times a day to contact the said person, and the line was always engaged, I then called the accounts central call centre and NOBODY could assist me but the said person, (SUCH A BIG COMPANY AND ONLY 1 PERSON CAN ASSIST ME), I left numerous messages and then finally decided to resort to sending my complaint in writing on the 17/07/2013, I even received a Ticket: EF59EE651F320 response, and GUESS WHAT to date 31/07/2013, NO RESPONSE
