Updating credit card details - impossible

In May, my credit card was duplicated and I forgot to advise Altech. Luckily, they contacted me in June to get the new details, which I provided. My June and July debit orders do not get processed. I phone again, update my details again - still nothing. I phone again, update them again and finally it gets processed. August's debit order is yet to go through and when I phone yet again, I get told that it was processed on the 5th (which is not reflecting on my statement). It is supposed to go through on the 1st of every month as it has every month for the past 2 years. What is so difficult or impossible for Altech to grasp about this concept? Stop blaming the banks and "promising" me it is done and take my payments!
