DISCOVERY WONT REVERSE AN ILLEGAL TRANSACTION

I have a data contract with Altech Autopage Cellular, the debit order of which comes off my Discovery Card each month. Altech messed up the billing so badly (over a 6-month period) and eventually figured out that I was in credit. So, at the end of July, in their infinite wisdom, they deducted, not only the monthly fee, but an additional two unauthorised amounts. Thus = 3 debit orders in 1 month. I sent relevant forms to Discovery Card to reverse the transactions (with accompanying email copies from Altech) and was sent a mail by Shaun Stobber saying they couldn't reverse my debit orders as this was an agreement with the supplier and me. I replied that it was NOT an agreement, and since sending three emails to Shaun, have had NO response whatsoever. I am sick and tired of this. I am out of pocket while Discovery supports Altech and not their customer. Customer service at Discovery Card is appalling. In fact, it's as bad as Altech's. Why are your staff not compelled to answer correspondence, especially when it's directed at a specific person?
