Refusal to cancel service

I have informed tracker that i have been unemployed since september 2012, but they refuse to cancel my services and continue to debit my account.

I get minimal monies from family members to assist with my financial situation and tracker constatnly deducts my account. i got money sent to me today to pay towards my rent and i was debited again for the sum of R398.

Now thanks to tracker i will be with lights this weekend and soon sleeping with my family on the streets due to the refusal to cancel my account by this company.
