Cancellation of Contract

I am not happy with Tracker i have just sold my vehicle and am trying to cancel my tracker i them get told i signed a 36 month contract which i did not ask for i wanted month to month and now all of a sudden i must pay cancellation fee for 17 months to cancel contract, funny thing is this was done after the new consumer act.

they cant even be honest with you up front but they are there for you and your vehicle ummmm no thanks i will not be using or recommending tracker to my clients any longer.
