Incorrect debit and Bouncing around of a call

I have recently purchased a new car on the 9th July 2013. I cancelled my previous account which i had with them with no issues. I then spoke to the Tele-Sales team who explained the whole process step by step and what would happen month end when i am debited. He specifically explained that i will only be debited R175 for the cancellation fee of the old unit and since i am taking a 3 year contract with them i would not be billed for the new installation and that i will only pay my monthly premium. Today 02-08-2013 i am surprised to find my debit amount being R955 Which is the fee of a person who has not taken the 3 year contract option. ( Which i have taken). I have been calling Altech Netstar for almost 2 hours now and i keep getting a ping-pong effect as to who will assist me. On the other hand i keep holding the line for almost 35 mins without it being answered.
