Your slogan says "ADT is always there". Im sorry but in my case this is untrue. A few days back I did query the amount of response vehicles there are in the Lotus River/Grassy Park area & was advised that there is JUST 1 vehicle. I find this totally unacceptable. I have not seen any armed response vehicles in the area for weeks. And in one week I have had 2 burglaries. I have also tried to use the meet and greet service on 2 occasions but then get told that there is no armed response available. So exactly what am I paying for?
