ADT ignores instructions & just debits your accoun

On 17 July 2013 I let ADT know that I longer needed there service after 31 July. I got an automated response but no service. On 24 July I sent them a second request and specifically told them they were no longer authorised to debit my account. Again I got no response. Yesterday they debited my bank account. Unacceptable service, ADT. Pull your socks up!!
