Extremely Poor service

I am shocked by the poor service i have received from C-Track, this is the second time that i have had to use this site as i just seem to get nowhere by phoning them.

The first complaint was about a unit which was faulty for over a year and only after reporting them on this site did anything happen, although i am still waiting feedback from them, this was a few motnhs ago.

Just when I thought that they could not get any worse, i traded in my vehicle with the C-track unit and requested that they transfer the unit, after a week of nobody getting back to me and having phoned their call centre on several occasions, every time I was promised that someone would get back to me and i am still waiting. I think the cherry on the top is after speaking to the client service manager, who once again promised to get back to me and did not, when I phoned at 16:00 I was told she has left for the day.

I have no confidence in this company and to be honest if they cant get a unit installed, should something happen to my car I have doubts that they would ever retrieve it. If I was no bound by contract I would never deal with a company who has such poor service delivery
