USELESS CHUBB BILLING FOR NO SERVICE

We moved to a new house in Boksburg and found a Chubb home security system andwe wanted to activate it. A consultant named Samantha Phillips visited our home to make an assessment. We concluded all the necessary forms, pending Chubb's ability to get the system up and running again. A technical person also visited us with a new battery (a few days later), but there was a problem with the system's disarming code (we didn't have it and the previous owner didn't remember it either, so it was left to the technical people to reset the system which they unfortunately failed to do and instead gave us a quote for a new system (with some modifications to the current one). Chubb never fixed the alarm system but they continue to deduct about R320 p/m, and an stupid finance person with a sick mind continues to call and tell us our account is in areas (for what, I ask - he doesn't know). My wife spoke to Andrea who promised to help but did nothing. This is a crime to have a company trusted to monitor people's security risks having such a bunch of imbeciles, why are they deducting for the service they can't and are not providing? Really, can someone help with these fool... ps!!!
