This compliment goes to one person Tarryn Timm in your company.

I have had a problem on my account with payments not reflecting and was cut off from service, after numerous calls and being cut off several times, very frustrating, I finally reached Tarryn. What an exceptional person, not only was everything resolved very quickly and service restored, she also has a great personality and assisted me very efficiently. This all happened in May 2013.

Well, I got stuck again and having still had her email address, I thought, before trying the whole phone thing, let me just mail her and see if she can assist, just wanting the banking details so I can pay my account monthly in person and in cash. What do you know, same day I received a response from Tarryn with all the info I needed.

Tarryn, this is for you. Thank you very very much for all you have done and your efficient service and your wonderful personality. If everyone I have dealt with in 8-Ta was anything like you, that would be a wonderful company. Many can learn from you.
