INCOMPETENT WITH BILLING

They keep on billing me for incorrect amounts even when I switched off my dstv for a month and then I have to deal with the most idiotic one track minded people who keep on telling me same thing on how much they billed me, and the more I try and explain to them but I had it switched off so the bill is incorrect the more they repeat themselves to what their billing record says.

This has been going on for two weeks now.

I have also asked an more senior person or manager to phone me but also without prevail. They are REALLY USELESS people.
