Maxidor sutter gate BIG mistake

Eight months after installing a Maxidor roller shutter gate One night out of the blue MY Entire gate jammed and weather sheild flew off with nuts and bolts laying every where two days be4 chirtsmas, (Maxi Door would not install this gate until a full down payment was made) All they've done thus far is bang N bend it so that it can pains takingly roll up. The Consultant told me that day that they would contact me in the new year and come out and fit new parts. It has been 23 days since and no contact and no response not even a courtesy call to update me!! The worst security company that has put me and my family at risk as we have to manually use the gate and live in a dangerous area with an open field across us. We have had endless problems from the very first month, they fail to return calls and never keep to their word.
