CALL CENTRE - NO SOLUTION IN 7MNHTS ON MY ACCOUNT

THE BANK DETAILS FOR PAYMENTS HAVE CHANGED. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTICE UNTILL I REACTED ON ARREARS SMS. NOW TWO PAYMENTS ARE ON THIS PREVIOUS ACCOUNT. ONE OF 28 FEBRUARIE AND ONE 1 JULY, I HAVE PHONED AND EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES AS THIS TWO PAYMENTS DOES NOT SHOW ON MY STATEMENT (EMAILS 1/7/13, 29/7/13, 4/10/13, 7/10/13, 11/10/13.) EACH TIME THE PERSON AT THE CALL CENTRE CONFIRMS THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND SAYS IT WILL SHOW ON THE NEXT STATEMENT. THIS NEVER HAPPENS!!! THEN I CALL AGAIN AND EMAILS AGAIN. HOW CAN THIS NOT BE SOLVED IN ALMOST A YEAR. EVERY TIME I MUST SENT THE BANKING PAYMENTS, OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! 29/5/13 CHRISTEL CONFIRM PAYMENTS. 30/7/13 CALL CENTRE CONFIRM PAYMENT. 7/10/13 DENVER CONFIRM PAYMENTS. 27/11/13 FERDOUS AND CHATTEL CONFIRM PAYMENTS - FAXED BANK CONFIRMATION AGAIN. 4/12/13 PHONED AGAIN, 5/12/13 TALKED TO DENVER AGAIN, CONFIRMS PAYMENTS AGAIN. LATEST NO REPLY ON EMAILS ASKING FOR NEW STATEMENT 11, 13, 24 DES.
