ADT not responding to complaints

Since my previous complaint about ADT, I've cancelled my services with them. I am now in a process of trying to get them to honor a Starforce agreement, whereby an amount of R420.00 paid as a refundable deposit for the installed radio transmitter, must be repaid to me. ADT is adamant that the R420.00 was paid for labor, even though ADT is honoring another Starforce agreement whereby I do not pay for any labor on any work done - only for parts. I have proof (tech store picking list) that the transmitter was booked out for an amount of R420.00. This has been going on since Jan 2013 with regular follow-ups from my side, the last being 24-6-2013. Now I've received a statement without receiving any invoice, that I need to pay ADT R550.00. I assume this is for the transmitter as nothing is printed on the statement. I enquired about this on 9-7-2013 and up to date the only response I've received was the allocation of a "ticket number".
I've told ADT that I have no interest in keeping the transmitter as it is of no use to me. All I want is for them to honor the refund thereof the same way they've honored the "no labour charge" agreement from Starforce as well. Please help!!
