NO ALARM AND CAN'T CANCEL

A few weeks ago my alarm started saying low battery. Called call centre with all details of which units required batteries etc. ADT guy who was sent had none of the correct batteries so could do nothing. I was told that someone would call to sort it out. Needless to say I had to call them. Another comes out and only has half the correct batteries and not the others. He came back the next night with the correct batteries. Two days later one of the zones indicates that it has been lost. Called ADT again. Was told someone would contact me. Of course they didn't. I had to call four times until eventually the matter was apparently escalated and I was promised that someone would come out again. Waited two days and still no show. Call again only to be told that someone had apparently come out which is a complete fabrication since I was home for two days waiting for them. Eventually lost my cool and now want to cancel. Was told to send cancellation notice to an email address and that I would get a response in two days. Four days later I call again to be told that they can't trace the reference number given to me in their response to my cancellation request. USELESS!!!
