ADT Security not so secure

ADT has allowed unknown persons since January to make changes on y ADT account without verifyiny with me or notifying me. ADT employees have come out on occasions whe the alarm was set off and left our fron door open, broke our side lock and left out guarage door on manual while we was away during a weekend. This is unacceptable. We laid 2 complaints but no case was opened. My husband spoke to Mervin for - 2 hours and yet this matter was not escallated. We both spoke to Sania who said she will investigate and get back the next day but this is the 3rd day and no feedback yet. We are completey disguisted byt the service being rcieved by ADT security.
