I must express how frustrated and highly annoyed I am with ADT, I closed my account in January and finalised all payments with ADT yet to date i still receive statements even though the account is paid up and closed. I have called the call centres countless times yet STILL to date the accounts department is not reflecting that I have made payment even after sending countless proof of payment.
This is now affecting my credit score yet i have paid this account and closed it months ago!!!
No wonder people are moving to other security companies!!!
