Payment made no installation

Payment was made over a two weeks ago of R8150 to install outside perrimetres and eyes in the garage, remotes, pedal lock. We have been calling Adt 0861212400 and 0825751230 she is responding to calls. ADT is not interested is assisted, when we call no one can give an answer as to when they will install even thou payment was made long ago.
