Very Bad service with People life in dange

It is very disturbing from a big service provider not responding immediately to complaints when they reported on time. Our home happen to be fire and the electricity line had to be cut off and now we sitting without electricity for the past 3 weeks since the payment have paid and followed up without success. Disturbing part about this children are expose on live wire since the fire has happened. Your lines of communication might be the best but your response time is pathetic.

My two Refs: 112890956 and 114061745.
I did pay the amount of cash and no metre box has been install yet, instead I keep receiving the same SMS about the process of paying the cash to the bank if I need a new metre box.
It's almost two weeks now since I made the payment and the call centre keep telling me that a technician will come to my place to install the new metre box.
So could you please tell me what is the way forward now or who should I speak to in order to be assisted with my problem.
