UPGRADE QUOTATION ON EXISTING ADT SECURITY SYSTEM

On Friday the 1 st of March 2013 i called the ADT Branch at Ontdekkers Road Roodepoort regarding a UPGRADE Quotation on my existing ADT security system. An appointment was scheduled for 17:30 that friday afternoon. A representative of that branch named Tjaart van Jaarsveld called in the afternoon and said he must first go to Glenharvie for a quotation and will call back within a HOURS time. Saturday come and go and till today the 5 of March 2013 nobody called back. I have been with ADT for a very long time and feel that i am not interested in there services anymore seeing that they dont keep to there promises. There are many Security companies that are willing to assist me regarding a quotation and to take over my contract.

I feel that this is not the way to treat their customers
