Its either they dont know what they are doing

I use matrix and for another experience i instructed my fiance to join Tracker, worse installation service and i no longer feel safe for my car, they took the car and complete installation and when she came to collect the only thing she was given were her keys and little paper, she had to beg them to show her whats going on which Thiloshney looked so relunctant to assist and she ended up giving wrong info, she was told the car has a panic button in which after I called Tshepo in customer care he said its not true, she was not even told how to track a care on internet, how to seek for assistance, nothing, now i even doubt if we were given the right product we requested
i am at germany and trying to contact them and they said she should contact them for better clarification YET two people behind the desk have different explanation, confusing her worse, the other said it will cost me 500 to remove their stupid devise and the other one said its for free... their service is way diffferent from what i get at MATRIX; if they dont want to assist they should just say so and stop wasting peoples time, I want to know how to resolve this matte
