Paid for tracker and still no installation

Hi

i went to buy a car at Ford Polokwane on the 20 th September i was helped by Victor, i was charged for the tracker installation and car registration of R500 .so i had to call Victor everyday for him to arrange a number plate for me as i was charged R500 for it but he was always giving me excuses .he only gave me the registration paper on the 01 Oct after calling him several time without no response, he didnt help me to arrange for a number plate as usually when you buy a car to get everything ready but in my case i have to do all the up and down.

secondly i paid for the tracker installation on the 20 th Oct and i have pushing for the tracker installation even today it is not sorted, i called the business manager telling him to remove tracker from my contract he says its impossible to remove but no one is helping me to book the tracker.

am now tired of this poor service from Ford POlowane, that excitement of buying a new car turned to be a disaste
