ADT Service EXTREMELY POOR and UNRELIABLE!!!

Firstly The outdoor beams as well as my alarm were ADT fitted, when We experience problems with the system we call adt to report it, but nothing gets done??
As for me "Wasting" your resources with my alarm being activated, This is pure NONSENSE! Because
It takes ADT officers between 45minutes and 1hour 30 minutes TO REACT!!! And this was in a danger
Situation!
SO HOW IS THAT FAIR! I should charge you in fact for LACK OF SERVICES PAID FOR!

Anne-marie came to see me to try and sort it out, but after MONTHS she is ignoring my calls, sms'e and emails! She seemed so nice!
I got a hold of Jacques van Biljon, who started to help me, but asked Annemarie to call me, and ONCE AGAIN no call!!
The there was an attempted brake-ing, and me and my 3year old son were locked in the garage, it took ADT 45 minutes to respond after 5 panic button presses and 3 phone calls to ADT control room, where the consultant put the phone next to him and make fun of me!!

When I try to call Anne-marie she doesnt answer, I leave messages, but still no reply!!! I have been a loyal ADT client for more than 3 years. I accept someone to contact me for this to be sorted out!!

ADT SURELY isnt always there!
