Paying for a product that never works!

We have now had it with Netstar! Firstly we pay for a service that doesnt work, upon testing the panic button you will find out that you dont get a call back! What if im in an emergency? Now for the past 3 weeks we are trying to get someone to come out as we cannot even arm our vehicle when we park! You keep calling, nobody calls you back, finally today, someone says we have to take the car in, we are working class people, we do not have time to waste, how is it that someone can come out to you to install yet when there is an issue, you need to take the car in?!?! apparently theres no customer service manager the regional manager listed on the website never answers the phone!!! Please can someone please let me know how to go about cancelling this account as i am paying for a service that doesnt exist and am at risk now due to your non delivery and lack of the service, or should we take this to the ombudsman or consumer protection route? I drive around with my wife in my car, often at night, our lives are at risk! and we have had these problems over and over with netstar! I want my contract cancelled, maybe Tracker or C Track will b more concerned or do i need to contact my lawyer?
