Tracker nearly blacklisted me for their mistake

On 24th June 2013 I contacted tracker by mail to update my banking details as I have moved my account from one bank to the other and they gave me a reference number GE58067 and promised to get back to me. Later that day a lady called Vivian Mokhethwa contacted me by mail, titled "bank updates". She asked me to complete my banking details and I did. A month down the line i got a threatening call from Norton Lambrianos attorneys representing Tracker to recover R358 which "I owe them". I obliged and paid though I have never ever refused to pay in the first place. If it wasn't of their inept staff member, I couldn't have found myself in the position I was. Secondly, I failed to understand why no one from Tracker called me before handing me to the lawyers. Thirdly, are we not paying in advance to use Tracker, whereby if you don't pay then you get disconnected like any other services? I just want to warn people out there about tracker. They act in bad faith!
