Alert Fencing - Unprofessional, poor workmanship

Alert Fencing quoted us on a fence and gate on 19/5/12, and we paid the requested 50% deposit on 21/5/12. When the team came to erect the fence on Sat 23/6/12, not only was the product different from what we ordered, but the workmanship was extremely poor. Immediately upon them offloading the panels, I phoned Mr. Tredoux to request that he come have a look at the same and note my concerns. He was awfully rude, and stated that he was doing me a favour as things stood (I thought it was business) I requested his team to take the panels back to their workshop for assessment. Instead, he phoned his foreman, and instructed the man to bring all the panels back immediately and abandon our project. My husband then phoned Mr. Tredoux, and before he could even raise the issue at hand, Mr. Tredoux started screaming and swearing at my husband, using the foulest language and daring us to try and sue him for any monies, and slammed the phone down on my husband. Pieter Tredoux is rude, unprofessional, and shockingly common. At the moment we are without the fence, and the deposit.
