Lack Of Service Delivery

I have been harrassed for payment and that for a service a have not received - ADT can refer to ALL my e-mails sent to them and to their voice recordings. Last e-mail with Reference Account BEI00045 - Reference 13020509000450 sent to them was Saturday 18 May 2013 and I bet you I will not get one single response as it has been the case since dealing with them in 2012. It is said that they are the best security company in the country - it's a load of trash!!! They cannot even respond to a simple e-mail how are they going to protect human lives and their properties???
