Unpaid damages to my ca

O security guard closed the remote gate before my vehicle was completely outside and scratched my vehicle. The guard accepted liability as well as the security firm. I was asked to get a repoair quote and submit to the firm for payment of which I did and was told by Thomas Serekele Operations Director promised to pay me and then later refered the matter to Oscar Kgosana Managing Director of the security firm who also promised to pay me month end of April. I have made follow up with him and he was very rude and unprofessional. We dont need these kind of people taking care of our property. He is now ignoring my calls and refuse to pay my money and my car is still not repaired.
