ADT service is horrible

ADT service is horrible!!! Ive been having issues with my alarm system for almost 2 months. I just gave up calling because it's a waste of my airtime. I sent an email complaining but yet no reply. You send me sms that I must arrange for testing of my alarm between 9am and 3h30pm Monday to Friday, so just tell me who must be at work between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday to earn a salary to pay ADT for their disgusting service! ME!!!

I've never come across such disgusting service in my life. So ADT is "alwaysthere "!!! Yes you always there to take my money but you not always there to provide the service you so openly advertise.

When i moved into my new house and had to choose a sercurity company i didnt think twice to choose ADT because for years my parents had it in their house and never had a problem. Now im so sorry for signing a 3 year contract with ADT.

I dont feel safe
