BAD aftersale service!

We had a perimetor alarm installed with ADT using brackets against the walls! The alarm has been giving lots of problems going off in the middel of the night! We called Technical Department and a lovely guy by the name of Waldo came and looked at everyting and said its due to the brackets rusting and breaking, he got onto the phone with his office and came back with a compromise: If we buy new brackets (they dont have a supplier anymore) ADT will come install them for us. Good... This was on the 9th of April! On the 18th a Kenneth and Stephan came out from technical department... All Kenneth said is that he was not aware that the job was so big and continues to tell me how poorley the sistem was installed due to loose wires and such... Excues me ADT Installed it! He said he needs to let the team come out as the job is too big for 2! he will tell his supervisor and they will make an appointment... I am still waiting! After numerous calls and getting the response that Waldo the Technical Manager said he will resolve the issue we are still waiting! My husband has even sent this guy a mail with NO RESPONSE! I am going to put an hold on my debit order!
