UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

I received an sms this morning that my account had been debited by EC FInance with an amount of R79.99, I have no agreement with this company that I will pay them R79.99 for their services. I do not have sufficient funds in my account at presentr therefore I will have to pay the bank R115.00 for the returned debit order and still pay R79.99 for services I did an online application with them and it was declined, I also read through their conditions and to my understanding you only had to pay the service feee once you application has been approved. The terms and conditions do not state crearly that whether the loan is declined or approved you still have to pay for their services.
This is ridiculous
