While at the tills on a Sunday three weeks ago, my 3 year old was sitting in the trolley and started taking out items we bought and put them on the till counter. There sitting was a giant lady who started screaming at my child saying "I hit naughty children". I told her she was a child merely putting things on the counter how can that be considered naughty, i further explained that she would not hit my child. I asked her politely if she had kids and knew how kids behaved. she said "yes but you need to teach you child some manners, your child hit me with the plastic wrap" I was shocked at how she went on and on about how a 3 year old hit her with the plastic wrap and she started raising her voice at this time i also raised my voice and told her to stop her nonsense. She stood up from the chair and started pointing fingers at me. The manager just stood there and only came once the whole shop was starring. He told me to leave it to him he'll sort it out. I asked if thats how they treat their customers?
