Does not bother to respond after giving quote

Lance Rickson came to my office to provide a quote for sliding security grills in front of my window. Our company has a policy to register suppliers on the system to provide goods, and I gave the forms to him to fill in. I had to follow up a few times whether they were still going to return the completed forms, but after a while I just never heard from him again. I phoned the Superior Doors office and complained to the receptionist, but no one there responded either. They are obviously not interested in new business, so don't even bother asking for a quote from them.
