AWFUL SERVICE TIME AND TIME AGAIN!

Its exactly a week since I wrote a complaint about ADT and I still think your service is AWFUL!!!

On Monday morning I had my installaion done by the technicians FINALLY! I had paid for 1 pet friendly passive and 4 normal passives.

I ended up having 4 pet friendly passives installed and 1 normal passive, the problem comes in is the pet friendly passives dont pick us up unless we are jumping up and down right infront of them.

I called the service manager (Jacques) and explained my story to be told " I will get back to you" FAMOUS LAST WORDS FROM ADT STAFF!!!

I had not received a call back from him so I called AGAIN only to have the call ring and switch to voice mail, I then left a voice message and WHAT DO YOU KNOW, STILL WAITING!!!

My husband then tried to call and STILL NOTHING!

I am disgusted with your service! SOOOO sorry that I did not go ahead with using CMS!

Having someone call me from your Head Office doesnt help because no one can help me.

Sort your staff out! Maybe you should have someone have a look at all the ratings you have on Hello Peter compaired to CMS.

Maybe then your team will catch a huge wake up!
