Alarm system still not fixed after 1 week

On 12 August 2013 I had an alarm system installed by them. After reporting the problem to them for the last week it is still faulty. There is no end to their excuses as to why it is not working properly. Isak the owner keeps on passing the buck and keeps on coming up with thee most excuses. Jan quoted on pet friendly passives and now we are being told that our cats are activating the alarm
