NOUPDATE ON CREDIT BUREAU 4 MONTHS LATER

Several complaints about the fact that an account was paid in October last year and still no positive results. We were promised by so many individuals including a Shehaam last week, who said ADT would update credit bureau and NOTHING HAPPENED. We requested a credit report again yesterday only to find that ADT did not update the bureaus and their system still showed "30 days in arrears" This is so annoying, we dont know what to do anymore and this is affecting us negatively as we cannot get someone to help us. Best option would be to cancel the current contact with ADT and find a more reputable security company to secure our home. Pathetic service, empty promises and imcompetent consultants.
