Please can someone assist urgently. I requested my free annual credit report and was informed that there is a Std Credit Card listed which is adversley affecting my record. This has been listed 10 years ago (2003) and I have now enquired with the NCR and Ombudsman and advised that this debt has prescribed. Please can you update the records and amend the information on the credit bureau as this is negatively affecting me.
