Non disclosure! pathetic service!

We had problems with you from the start, we are still waiting on our panic button in the house and on the remote you promised us on inception, its almost 2 years now! only to be advised that I will now need to pay for it. Sometimes tried your response time out and calling me after 15/20min in some cases, takes 15 min to get here after I call in. THE SALES PERSON THAT CAME HERE, RYAN IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN SOLD US A 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION as it was our own alarm and you only provided the armed response. We cancelled with a months notice as per agreement, we follow up and hear it is a 2 YEAR agreement? like really! TOTAL NON DISCLOSURE, we placed a stop payment on the debit order, we get a call stating that we owe about R700 plus will still be debited till Dec 2013 but it can be wavered if we give good reason! what more reason do you need??? this is more than enough and I still had patience. we cancelled after 1 year and 5 months, and I was advised it is one year due to the fact that you only providing the armed response. Please ask you accounts and retention department to note that we will not pay any further monies or I will take it even further to Cape Talk Radio and local newspapers.
