Was blown away by the brilliant service!!!

I purchased a new vehicle and needed to cancel the exisiting tracking device on my old vehicle. I called the call centre and was advised on the way to proceed. An email was sent to the cancellations dept and no one contacted me or acknowledged receipt of same. I then spoke to Prashanth in the Customer Care dept. He was extremely professional, helpful and efficient with regards to the the issue at hand. He did the necessary in cancelling the contract with no issues. I did not want to be paying for 2 tracking devices and he prevented all that unnecessary stress and trouble. He is truely an asset to the company and blew me away with the brilliant service. Wouldn't mind being serviced like that again...
